Pleximade Sp. z o.o. is an acrylic fabrication workshop in Warsaw, Poland. We design and produce POS displays, 3D letters, lecterns and technical parts from PMMA (acrylic), polycarbonate, Dibond, PVC and complementary materials. Laser cutting, CNC milling, bending, chemical bonding, engraving and UV printing run in one hall at ul. Jagiellońska 88, Hala 30.

How much does a custom acrylic part cost?
Every quote is individual. Indicative net examples only: a simple 3 mm cut-to-size sheet of about 1000 × 500 mm from about 60–150 PLN, a simple bent A4 stand from about 80–250 PLN, and a bonded case or simple POS prototype from about 200–800+ PLN. We usually reply to a complete brief on the same working day: [email protected] or the quote form.
What are typical lead times?
From quote acceptance: blanks 2–5 working days, laser and CNC parts 3–7, bending and bonding 5–10, POS prototype 7–14, series 10–20+ days.
Do you take orders from a single piece?
Yes. We make single parts, prototypes, short runs (for example 10–50 pcs) and retail chain roll-outs. There is no rigid minimum order quantity.
Which file formats work best?
DXF, AI, vector PDF, CDR or STEP at 1:1 scale in millimetres with closed contours. JPG and PNG are reference only. If you have no file, a sketch with dimensions is enough for us to prepare production drawings.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes. Pleximade Sp. z o.o., NIP 1182196787, REGON 383740941, KRS 0000792476. EU VAT ID: PL1182196787. Intra-EU B2B invoices with reverse charge are possible for VAT-registered buyers.

Who we work for
We work for advertising and event agencies, retail chains, premium brands and private customers, from single parts and prototypes to short runs and series.
Orders from a single piece, no minimum order quantity. Short runs of 10–50 pcs and retail chain roll-outs are part of normal production.
Materials and capabilities
Typical acrylic thicknesses are 1.5–20 mm. The most ordered are 3 mm (signs, pockets), 5 mm (stands, shelves) and 8–10 mm (cubes, heavier builds).
Laser cutting accuracy is about 0.2 mm. Our Kimla CNC bed measures 2100 × 3100 mm.
Indicative prices and lead times
Indicative net prices in PLN, not a price list: a simple 3 mm acrylic cut-to-size sheet of about 1000 × 500 mm usually costs from about 60–150 PLN. A simple bent A4 leaflet stand usually starts at about 80–250 PLN. A bonded display case or simple POS prototype usually runs from about 200–800+ PLN. LED and UV printing are quoted separately.
Lead times run from quote acceptance and production start. Simple blanks take 2–5 working days, laser and CNC parts 3–7 days, bending or bonding 5–10 days, a POS prototype usually 7–14 days, and a series 10–20+ days depending on quantity. Exact dates go in the quote.
Collection, delivery and installation
Collection from Hala 30 is available Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00 CET. We also ship by courier within Poland, usually 1–2 working days after dispatch. Installation in Warsaw and surroundings can be agreed in the quote.
