Using a large-size plotter, we comprehensively and precisely cut elements from various materials. Acrylic glas is cut with a laser with an accuracy of 0.2 mm and can also be used to engrave leather, plywood, cardboard, stainless steel or dibond. It has numerous advantages, such as repeatability or no need for additional acrylic glass polishing
Using a very precise numerical milling machine - we deepen, drill and cut in all materials available in wholesalers. These materials are, for example, wood, furniture boards, MDF, HDF, plywood, acrylic glass, PVC, solid polycarbonate, dibond, tubond etc. The finish is matte and the materials can be glued on the machined edges.
We provide services in the field of bending acrylic glass, PVC, HIPS and polycarbonate materials. We use the thermoplastic properties of these materials, heating them beforehand to the appropriate temperature. This is how the production of stands for leaflets, pockets, folders, moneyboxes, urns, lecterns and machine housings.
It is the best method of permanently and aesthetically connecting elements. It ensures high durability and thanks to hygienic certificates it can come into contact with food. Gluing acrylic glass in our performance is always professionalism, high quality and great cooperation. We use strong glue, the power of which can be compared to welding.
