A display made for your SKU, not a catalogue item that roughly fits

In-house production in Warsaw (laser cutting, CNC milling, bending, bonding and UV printing) shortens the loop: brief, design, prototype, repeat. We build the structure to the pack dimensions and the way it is installed in store, so the merchandiser is not fighting a display that almost fits.

Our work includes multi-tier beauty counter displays with slots for jars, premium displays with a UV-printed header and short runs for many locations. LED, metal and retail chain series are quoted with a unit price and lead time.

To get started we need: SKU dimensions (or a sample), a photo of the shelf or counter, the number of locations and the campaign deadline. For a complete brief we usually reply on the same working day.

Structural design for laser and CNC, plus approval (a visualisation if needed).

Frequently asked questions

How long does a display take to make?

A prototype usually takes 7–14 working days from design approval. Series usually take 10–20+ days. We state the specific lead time in the quote.

How much does a display cost?

A simple acrylic POS prototype often starts at approx. PLN 200–800+ net. A display with UV printing, LED or metal is quoted individually, and the more pieces you order, the lower the unit price.

Can a display be lit with LED and printed?

Yes. We combine acrylic with UV printing and optional LED (front-lit, back-lit or halo) if your brand brief requires it.

Do you make displays for a specific SKU?

Yes. Shelves and slots are made to the pack dimensions, the shelf width and the way the display is installed. We start from a single piece or prototype.

Do I need a ready CAD file?

No. A brief with dimensions and a photo of the location is enough. We prepare the production design for our machines. We also accept a ready DXF or AI file.

How do I start with a retail chain or campaign deadline?

Send a brief through the quote form (dimensions, quantity and deadline). We reply Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00 CET, usually with a proposed variant, a lead time and a unit price.
