POS display design for production, Warsaw, Poland

From brief to production files: we design so that the part can be cut, bent and bonded on our own machines.

From a 3D design to a finished display: the design process

We combine the graphic layer with the structure: stability, assembly, material cost and the real capabilities of the laser and CNC. The aim: fewer corrections on the shop floor, and a display you can repeat in a series.

Design for production, not just for a render

An agency often has a vision but not the cutter paths. We complete the brief with the acrylic thickness, the holes, the bending angles and the way the display is assembled on the shelf. Then we can start production straight away in the same location.

Route A: you have only a sketch or a photo of the SKU, and we produce the production design. Route B: you have files from an agency, and we verify them for our machines and for cost. For larger POS roll-outs we recommend a prototype before the series.

For a complete brief (dimensions, display location, budget and deadline) we usually return a first proposal or quote within 1–3 working days.

What design covers

  • Structure for laser, CNC, bending and bonding
  • Choice of thickness and material for cost and durability
  • Visualisations and production files
  • Prototype before the series (for larger roll-outs)
  • Working with agencies that have no in-house engineer

Who we design for

  • Advertising and POS agencies without a structural design team
  • Brands rolling out a new display to a retail chain
  • Companies with an idea or a sketch but no CAD documentation

How we work together

  1. We gather the brief, the product dimensions and the space constraints.
  2. We propose structural variants and an indicative cost.
  3. We hand over files for laser and CNC and, after approval, start production.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can I bring just a hand sketch?

Yes. From a sketch, a photo or the product dimensions we prepare a production design and a quote for our machines.

Do you design for production, or only visualisations?

For real production: we choose thickness, process and assembly so as to avoid costly corrections on the shop floor.

Do you work with agencies that have no in-house engineer?

Yes. We often complete an agency’s brief with the structural layer and production files, and then produce straight away.

What do you need to start a design?

A brief, SKU dimensions, space constraints, an indicative budget and a deadline. We usually give a first proposal within 1–3 working days of a complete brief.

Can I take the design to another manufacturer?

We prepare the files for our own machine park. If you need documentation for external production, let us agree that at the start, in the quote.

How much does design alone cost, without production?

It depends on complexity. When you order production we often include the design in the overall quote. A standalone structural brief is quoted separately, so describe the scope in the quote form.

Need a quote for acrylic fabrication in Poland?

Send dimensions, a DXF/AI/PDF/STEP file or a short brief. We reply Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00 CET.
