Controlled thermal bending of plastics: angles in POS and enclosures without needless joints.
We heat thermoplastics and form them to your design. Bent acrylic makes stands, pockets, collection boxes, lecterns and enclosures, often from one blank instead of several bonded sides.
An angle from the bender, not from three joints
Bending shortens assembly and gives a cleaner line in leaflet stands and wall pockets: shelf and back from one sheet. We most often bend acrylic of 2–10 mm. For longer lines and sharper angles we set the parameters on a sample.
A typical sequence: laser or CNC cuts the blank, the acrylic line bender sets the angle, then optional bonding, UV printing or engraving. The same hall at ul. Jagiellońska means fewer hand-overs between subcontractors.
POS series need a repeatable angle, so once the process is fixed we hold the dimensions across the batch. As a guide, a simple A4 stand costs from approx. PLN 80–250 net, usually 5–10 working days.

Most often 2–10 mm. The range depends on the length of the bend line, the angle and the aesthetic requirements. We set the parameters at the quote stage.
What is made from bent acrylic?
