Pleximade

Built-up 3D letters in acrylic with LED, made in Warsaw, Poland

3D letters that build brand recognition at reception, in the shop window and on the stand.

We cut letters with a laser or CNC, assemble them into built-up 3D blocks and optionally light them with LED (front-lit, back-lit or halo). We choose the height, thickness and colour to suit the reading distance, from an office to a trade show stand.

3D letters cut from acrylic

Letters made for the mounting location, not for a mock-up

Legibility from a few metres, the gap from the wall, the LED power supply and the fixing method decide the result more than the font in a PDF. We design for the real conditions of a reception, shop window or trade show stand.

Typical scope: milled or bonded acrylic letters, variants with Dibond and aluminium, and front-lit, back-lit or halo wiring. We hand over the elements to your installation crew, or agree installation in the quote (Warsaw and surrounding area).

For a quote we need a vector logo (AI, PDF or SVG), the target letter height, a photo of the mounting location and whether LED is required. We also accept raster files, in which case we add the cost of preparing them for milling or laser cutting.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What letter height should I choose?

Indoor letters are typically around 5–15 cm high. We select larger formats and LED after the brief, based on the reading distance and the mounting location.

How long do the letters take to make?

Simple letters without LED usually take 5–10 working days. Letters with LED usually take 7–14 days. Installation in Warsaw and the surrounding area is agreed separately.

Do I need a vector file?

Preferably AI, vector PDF or SVG. We also accept raster files (JPG or PNG), and quote the preparation for milling or laser cutting.

Which type of LED lighting should I choose?

Front-lit: light through the face. Back-lit or halo: a glow on the wall. The choice depends on the background, the brand colour and whether the letters should glow or only be outlined.

Do you install the letters on site?

Installation can be agreed in the quote. Alternatively we hand over the elements with instructions or drilled holes for your crew, depending on the location and scope.

How much do 3D letters cost?

It depends on the height, the number of characters, LED and the material. Simple indoor letters without LED start from several hundred PLN net per set, and sets with LED are quoted individually. Send the logo and the height through the quote form.
