CNC foam, a case or an acrylic box, from the same brief

We start from the product: its dimensions, how it is packed, and whether it travels with a service engineer or stands on a counter. Then we choose the process: CNC milling, laser cutting or an oscillating knife for foam, or bonded acrylic for a gift box.

We make foam inserts 1:1 for devices, tools and sets. Acrylic boxes suit packaging that also has to sell the product (alcohol, electronics, B2B).

For a quote we need the dimensions or a photo of the product, the type of carrier (case, drawer or box) and the quantity. The lead time is usually 5–12 working days from design approval.

Do you make only foam, or acrylic boxes too?

Both. CNC or laser foam for cases and drawers, and acrylic boxes when the packaging should also look premium.

Will the insert fit my case?

Yes. We mill to the dimensions of the case and the product. You can send the case or give us the internal dimensions.

Do you make series of inserts?

Yes. From a single piece or prototype to repeatable batches with the same cut-out layout.

How long does it take?

Usually 5–12 working days from design approval, depending on quantity and material.

What data do you need for a quote?

The dimensions or a photo of the product, the type of carrier (case, drawer or box) and the quantity. For acrylic, branding artwork (AI or PDF) if UV printing or engraving is required.
