Pleximade

Machine guards and technical enclosures, CNC-cut in Warsaw, Poland

A guard that protects the operator and does not block the view of the process, fitted to the machine, not made by eye.

We make guards, viewing windows and technical enclosures from acrylic or polycarbonate, with holes, hinges and a fit to your existing machine. For impact and safety applications we more often propose polycarbonate instead of PMMA.

Bent acrylic technical guard with CNC-drilled mounting holes

CAD, CNC and installation at your plant

We mill on the Kimla 2100×3100 mm machine: contours, drilled holes and countersinks for screws. The aim is a part that fits first time and shortens maintenance downtime.

We choose PMMA when optics matter and polycarbonate (PC) when impact resistance and safety matter. We finish bending and hinges in the same hall if the enclosure needs to open for service.

Send a DXF, STEP or drawing with dimensions and your safety requirements. In the quote you receive the material selection and the lead time.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Acrylic or polycarbonate for a guard?

Acrylic (PMMA) for aesthetics and optics. Polycarbonate for higher impact resistance. For machine guards we usually recommend PC.

Do you mill mounting holes?

Yes. On CNC: contours, drilled holes and countersinks for screws and hinges. The Kimla machining area is 2100 × 3100 mm.

What CAD files do you accept?

Preferably DXF, STEP or a drawing with dimensions. We also accept PDF, in which case we verify critical tolerances before production.

How long does a guard take to make?

Typically 3–10 working days from approval of the documentation, depending on complexity and material. We state the lead time in the quote.

Can you deliver to a plant outside Warsaw?

Yes. Courier shipping or transport within Poland, agreed in the quote. We pack large formats for safe installation on site.

Need a quote for acrylic fabrication in Poland?

Send dimensions, a DXF/AI/PDF/STEP file or a short brief. We reply Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00 CET.
