Chemical bonding gives high strength and a clean look in boxes, displays, display cases and multi-part structures, with no screws on show.
A joint you cannot see from a metre away
Edge preparation (by laser or mill) decides the quality of the joint. Then we bond in jigs, check the angles and clean the finished piece, which matters for cubes and display cases that stand close to the customer.
We bond clear, opal and coloured acrylic, and in mixed projects we also join it to metal or wood. For food contact we choose certified adhesives, and we confirm this in the quote.
As a guide, a simple bonded display case or container (for example approx. 500×300×300 mm, 5 mm acrylic) starts from approx. PLN 200 net. The lead time is usually 5–10 working days.

For larger batches and unusual thicknesses we can make a joint sample before starting the series. We agree this in the quote.
