One site, fewer handovers

A typical part is cut on the laser or CNC, bent, bonded, then printed or engraved without leaving the hall. This keeps the loop short and lets us adjust a prototype quickly before a series. Cutting, forming, assembly and printing happen at the same address.

We accept DXF, AI, vector PDF or STEP files at 1:1 scale in millimetres with closed contours.

FAQ

Can polycarbonate go on the CO2 laser?

Usually not. CNC milling is preferred, because a CO2 laser tends to yellow and burn the edge.

What is the CNC bed size?

2100 × 3100 mm.

Where is the workshop?

ul. Jagiellońska 88, Hala 30, 00-992 Warsaw. We are open Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00 CET.

Which acrylic thicknesses can you process?

Cast and extruded acrylic from 1.5 to 20 mm. Laser cutting is typical for 2–10 mm, and bending is most often done in 2–10 mm.

Can you print on glass and dark materials?

Yes. Our UV printer prints directly on acrylic, PVC, Dibond, wood and glass, with white ink for dark and clear substrates.

How accurate is laser cutting?

About 0.2 mm.
