What acrylic thicknesses does the bender handle in Warsaw?
Most often 2–10 mm. A longer bend line and a sharper angle narrow the range. We set the parameters at the quote stage, not from a catalogue table.
Is the angle the same across a whole series of stands?
Yes, once the process is fixed on a sample. We hold the angle and dimensions across the batch, so a POS short run does not drift between locations.
Do you print first, or bend first?
First we cut the blank, then we bend. UV printing or engraving is added on the clean, already formed surface.
